History Teaching Assistant
Are you a History graduate looking to work in a fantastic secondary school History Department?
Would you like to gain experience, supporting History through KS3 & KS4, prior to starting a teacher training programme in the near future.
*** History Teaching Assistant
*** £70 - £80 per day
*** Immediate start – July 2022
*** ‘Good’ secondary school based in Selly Oak
*** Supporting History students through KS3 & KS4
As a Teaching Assistant in History, you will be working in the History Department on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting History students through the national curriculum. You will need to have an enthusiastic and engaging personality in order to gain the respect and build a rapport with the students.
The school was deemed ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2015 and has gone from strength to strength, deploying subject specific graduates into Teaching Assistant roles to help raise the attainment levels and bridge the gap between under-achievers and their peers.
