*** Opportunity to run until the end of academic year (July 2022)
*** 1:1 and small group work with low level and under-achieving GCSE students
*** ‘Good’ secondary school based in Ladywood
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Academic Mentor, you will be providing 1:1 and small group sessions to under-achieving students across English, maths, science and humanities.
This ‘Good’ secondary school is based in the Ward of Ladywood. They are very good at supporting and guiding aspiring teachers, providing them with hands on experience on what its like to be a teacher
In order to be considered for this role, you will need:
*** University degree (2:2) or above
*** Level 4 (Grade C) or above in English, Maths and Science
*** Worked with children previously in an informal or formal setting
