Do you have a degree in English, Maths or Science and want to gain experience in a Birmingham secondary school until the end of the academic year?
 
Can you utilise your degree and help raise the attainment levels of under-achieving students at KS3 & KS4?
 
*** Core Subject Teaching Assistant (English, Maths or Science)
*** £350 - £400 per day, Immediate start until July 2022
*** ‘Outstanding’ secondary school based in South Birmingham
*** 1:1 and small group intervention sessions with students at KS3 & KS4
*** Online training and CPD opportunities available with these positions
 
We are currently looking for a number of graduates with core subject related degrees (English, Maths and Science) to work as Graduate Teaching Assistants in a secondary school, based in South Birmingham.
 
You will be working within your degree subject department, supporting students through the KS3 and KS4 curriculum. You will have the opportunity to work within the classroom with the teacher and work independently with small groups of students.
 
The school is based in South Birmingham, not far from the Pershore Road. This makes it easily accessible via public transport and car. The school are known to help develop and inspire graduates to train as teachers, and can provide you with the skills and knowledge to progress onto a teacher training course in the near future.
