The Role
You’ll support pupils in Key Stage 1 through targeted 1:1 and small group work, helping to boost confidence, bridge learning gaps, and reinforce key skills in phonics, reading, writing and maths. You’ll also assist the class teacher with daily routines, behaviour management, and creating a positive learning environment.
 
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a clear interest in working with young children. You’re patient, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting learning. Whether you’re exploring a career in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN, this role gives you the experience you need.
