The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support learning across KS2. You’ll lead small group interventions, offer 1:1 support where needed, and help pupils stay focused and engaged throughout the school day. You’ll also assist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and tracking pupil progress.
 
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a strong interest in education and a desire to work with children aged 7 to 11. You’ll need to be proactive, organised and confident when supporting groups or individual learners. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers or those looking to gain experience before pursuing a PGCE or school-based teacher training.
