The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with pupils diagnosed with mild Autism and ADHD, providing in-class and intervention support to help them access learning and build confidence. You'll work under the guidance of the SENCo and class teachers to adapt tasks, regulate behaviour, and create a consistent, supportive learning environment. This is a rewarding role for anyone seeking meaningful experience with children who require additional support.
 
The Candidate
This role would suit a graduate with a background in psychology, education, or a related field who has a genuine interest in SEN. You’ll need to be patient, calm, and reliable, with the ability to form strong relationships with children who may need extra encouragement and structure. Any experience supporting children with SEND, whether in a school, family, or voluntary setting, will strengthen your application.
