For this role you will need a degree in MFL, a strong academic background in Modern Foreign Languages and the ability to lead energetic intervention groups. You must have the passion to want to progress your career in education. This role will benefit you massively as it will give you the opportunity to really showcase your teaching ability.
In this Graduate MFL Teaching Assistant role you will be supporting underachieving students in 1:1 and small group interventions to raise the student's attainment levels. This will benefit the students massively as it will give them the chance to have a closer and intimate learning experience, being able to ask questions and get an instant response. This is something that the students may not get in a large classroom environment. You will have the chance to lead groups in KS3 & KS4 throughout the academic year.
This ‘Outstanding’ North Birmingham school has excellent facilities which you can use to help provide the best intervention groups. You will be aided by the supportive staff in the school and they will support you throughout your time in the role.
