Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant
Are you a graduate looking to gain experience with Early Years children prior to starting your teacher training in 2023?
Would you like to support children in 1:1 and small group interventions for the academic year?

***£350 - £400 per week
***Long-term contract. September start
***Supporting in 1:1 and small group intervention
For this role you will need a degree, an understanding of the Early Years curriculum and the ability to create fun and exciting intervention groups. You will need to be able to create strong professional relationships as you will be a role model figure for these children. You must be looking to pursue a career in education and want to expand on your knowledge.
In this role you will be supporting Early Years pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions creating fun and exciting ways to learn. You must be able to lead with energy and buzz to keep these children engaged in their learning. This role will be key to the children’s development as it will be their first learning experience and is key to get them excited for learning.
This ‘Good’ North Birmingham school has a very supportive and encouraging staff team that will guide and aid with anything you need. The facilities at this school are brilliant and you will be using these as often as possible during your time with the Early Years.
