***£350 - £400 per week

For this role you will need a degree, experience working with children with additional needs and the ability to engage pupils in exciting intervention groups. Patience is a must as you will be working closely with children that have SEN requirements and requires you to build a strong and healthy working relationship with them. Being clear and well-spoken is key to ensure that the children understand the message you’re sending across.
In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role you will be supporting children in 1:1 and small group interventions. These students are struggling academically, so are currently working at low level. You will be required to work with these students, supporting them across the national curriculum and bridging the gap between them and their peers.
