***£350 - £400 per week

For this role you will need a degree, an understanding of the early years curriculum and the ability to lead energetic and fun intervention groups. You will need to be a confident speaker as you will be leading small groups of early years pupils. You must want to pursue a career in education and make a huge impact on the children’s lives.
In this Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant role you will supporting early years pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions, ensuring that the children are given the best learning opportunity available. You will be helping the children with their basic communication and language skills, literacy, mathematics, and art & design. This role is key to the children’s development as these groups will be massively beneficial to them throughout the year and will get them excited to learn.
This ‘Good’ North Solihull school has excellent facilities which you can use in your intervention groups. The staff at this school will support you throughout your time in this role and have an excellent work ethic ensuring the children are excited to come into school. This school is easily accessible by public transport and has a secure staff car park.
