***Supporting KS1 pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions
For this role you must have a degree and a passion to work in education support children through their time at school. Having a bubbly and enthusiastic personality is key as this will ensure the children and engaged in their learning. The ideal candidate must want to pursue a career in educations.
This role will have you supporting KS1 pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, taking them out of the classroom and trying to instil a love education. These groups are key to the children’s learning as it will enable them to learn on a closer scale as some of these children may struggle to learn in a large class environment. You will be working closely with the class teacher to plan these intervention groups.
