For this role you will need a degree, an ability to lead with energy and excitement and a passion to support under-achieving KS2 pupils. The ideal candidate must have a bubbly and energetic personality and to be looking to pursue a career in education.
 
In this role you will supporting underachieving KS2 students in 1:1 and small group interventions, bridging the gap between them and their peers. These groups are key to the children’s development as it will enable them to engage more in their learning and spark excitement into them. You will be working with the classroom teacher to create fun and energetic intervention groups.
 
This North Birmingham school is easily accessible by public transport routes and has a secure staff car park. The staff at this school is very supportive and will aid you throughout your time at this role.
