For this role you must have a degree and an eagerness and passion to work with and support KS1  children. You must be able to form strong and healthy relationships with the children and to be able to communicate to the younger children. The ideal candidate must have a passion to progress their career further in the education sector.
In this role you will be supporting KS1 pupils in 1:1 and small group intervention groups ensuring that they are packed full of excitement to engage the children. You must be able to lead with energy and buzz to motivate the children to enjoy their learning. This Graduate KS1 Teaching Assistant role is key to the children’s future as its important to get them excited for their school experience.
