For this role you will need a degree, a passion to help and support children with special educational needs and the ability to lead fun and engaging intervention groups. We are looking for someone who would love to make a positive impact on children’s lives and give them the support they need to develop and grow. The ideal candidate must want to pursue a career in education.
In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will be supporting children in 1:1 and small group interventions ensuring that groups are tailored to fit each of the children’s individual learning needs. The children you will be working with will need additional support from the classroom as they might struggle to interact. You must be able to lead with confidence and be able to ensure your message is delivered clearly.
This North Birmingham school is located in the ward of Sutton Coldfield. The excellent facilities will provide intervention groups are exciting for the children. The brilliant staff will support you throughout your time in the role.
