For this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role, you must have a degree, experience working and supporting SEN children and the ability to create strong relationships with children. This role requires patience as some of these children may be more difficult to lead so this is key. You must want to pursue a career in education. And further your knowledge.
In this role you will be supporting in 1:1 and small group interventions making sure they are on track with their learning, using your motivational skills. These small groups are key to the children's learning as it will give them that extra support needed to guide them through the year. This role will be rewarding for yourself as you will be able to see the progression in the children that you have been supporting.
This SEN school based in North Birmingham is well funded, has brilliant facilities and very supportive staff that will guide you through your time at this role. This school is easily accessible by public transport.
