For this role you will need a psychology degree and the ability to lead exciting intervention groups to keep the children engaged in their learning. You must be able to lead with confidence as these groups will be key to the pupil’s development. The ideal candidate must have a passion to pursue a career in education.
This Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant role will see you create and lead fun intervention groups allowing the children to bridge the gap between them and their peers. Some of these pupils will have SEN needs and will need additional support, so ensuring the groups are planned to tailor each of the children’s individual needs is key. You will be working closely with the class teacher and will be given support throughout your time at this role.
