Are you a graduate looking to pursue a career in education, prior to starting a teacher training course in September 2023? 
Would you like to support KS2 pupils in their day-to-day school life?

***Supporting KS2 pupils in 1:1 or small group interventions 
For this role as a Graduate KS2 Teaching Assistant you will need a strong academic background and a natural ability to create and maintain healthy relationships with pupils. The ideal candidate will be looking to start a career in primary education and to be excited to develop your key skills that will one day make you an excellent practitioner. 
You will be working with the underachieving pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions, this will enable the pupils to engage and learn in a closer-knit environment. These interventions must be interesting and vibrant to keep the pupils eager for learning. Lesson plans will be created for you by the class teacher, and you will be supported throughout the role.
