Are you a graduate looking to work closely with Early Years to gain valuable experience to then go on and do your teacher training? 
Would supporting pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions work for you?

For this role you will need a degree and the eagerness to work and support early years pupils. You must be a clear and open speaker to relay your message across to the children. The ideal candidate for this role must be looking to progress their career further in education. 
In this role you will be supporting early years children in 1:1 and small group interventions, engaging the children and creating fun ways to learn. You must be able to lead with energy and buzz to motivate the children to enjoy their learning. This Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant role is key to the children’s future as it will be the very first learning experience they will have and its key to get them excited for their school experience.  
This ‘Good’ North Birmingham school has a very supportive and encouraging staff team that will guide and aid with anything you need.
