This fantastic primary school are looking for a bright and enthusiastic early careers teacher to work with one year in KS2. The successful ECT will have a teaching assistant in class to support learning and will be fully trained in how to help raise attainment levels. 
 
The school are offering a fantastic opportunity to complete your 2 year induction at the school and would love someone to eventually take on responsibilities within the school. Through the exceptional CPD on offer, you will learn a host of new teaching skills. Day-to-day, you will be dealing with the full range of needs and capabilities in your class through assigning certain duties and responsibilities to your dedicated class teaching assistant.
 
The school is based in Rugby and can be easily accessed via public transport.
