Are you a graduate looking to gain the experience working with KS1 children, prior to starting your teacher training course in September 2023?

***Supporting KS1 pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions 
To be successful in this role you will need a bubbly and energetic personality, an ability to create healthy bonds with the children and a strong academic background. You must be able to motivate and encourage these KS1 pupils and get them excited to learn. You must also be looking to start a career in education which you can develop and practise your skills for the future. 
In this role you will be supporting the underachieving KS1 pupils by providing them with engaging 1:1 and small group interventions. You must keep these interventions exciting as these will be key to the children’s learning as they might struggle to focus in a large classroom environment. You will be given a lesson plan to work of and create brilliant interventions.
