Are you an English graduate looking for the perfect opportunity to gain experience in a school environment prior to teacher training the following year? 
 
Would supporting 1:1 and small group interventions benefit you?

For this role you must have an English related degree, an understanding of the secondary school curriculum and a passion to teach and lead in the future. You must be confident and well spoken to be able to relay the information across to the students. The ideal candidate must be looking to earn a career education. 
 
In this role you will be working closely with the SENCo, providing 1:1 and small group intervention work to GCSE English students. These interventions are key to the students learning as they will provide them with more of a close knit learning style. This role will be working on the students’ attainments levels and will be guiding them through the academic year.
