***Graduate English Teaching Assistant
***Long-term contract, September start
***£350 - £400 per week
***Supporting 1:1 and small group interventions
To be successful in this role you must have an English degree, a strong understanding of the English curriculum and the natural ability to create bonds with children. The ideal candidate for this role must be looking to progress their career in education and want to further their knowledge and understanding of teaching.
In this role you will be supporting underachieving students in a 1:1 or a small group environment. This will be vital to the students learning as some students may struggle to learn in a large class environment and will benefit more form the small groups. You must be able to lead with energy and buzz to motivate the children into enjoying their learning. This role is very rewarding as you will be helping the students raise their attainment levels and will be watching them progress throughout the year.
This North Birmingham school has excellent staff that are always willing to support where needed, this will give you all the room to grow and learn throughout the academic year. The brilliant facilities at hand will ensure you can produce great interventions.
