***£350 - £400 per week
***Supporting 1:1 and small group interventions
To be successful in this role you must have a maths related degree, a strong understanding of the maths curriculum and a natural ability to create and maintain healthy relationships with students. You must have the ambition to further your career in secondary education and look to progress through a teacher training course.
In this role you will be supporting underachieving students in 1:1 and small group interventions. These interventions will help the student’s attainment levels as it will give them a more intimate learning experience, as some of them will struggle to learn in a large class environment. The interventions are key to the students learning and you must be able to keep it exciting and keep the students engaged in learning.
This North Birmingham school has excellent facilities that will ensure you can maintain a high level of teaching. The staff have a brilliant work ethic making sure they are working to help support the students and to maintain the excitement for learning.
