*** Supporting KS2 pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions
In order to be successful in this role you will need a strong academic background and a natural ability to form and maintain strong bonds with children. The ideal candidate must be looking to pursue a career in primary education and be excited for future prospects.
In this role you will be supporting underachieving pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions. Its key that these interventions are exciting as this will play a key role in the children’s learning, keeping them engaged and inspired to learn. The children you will be supporting may struggle to learn in a large class environment and would benefit more from the small groups where the teaching is more intimate and closer knit.
This North Birmingham school is brilliantly run with supportive staff and excellent facilities. The staff will guide you in the right direction when it comes to the support you provide, creating inspiring lesson plans. It’s a great environment for the pupils as each day will be different and gives them the excitement to learn.
