***Supporting 1:1 and small group interventions 
In this Graduate Maths Subject Mentor role, you must have a maths related degree, a strong understanding of the maths curriculum and the ability to create engaging intervention groups. Being a confident speaker is key as you will be leading small groups of students. The ideal candidate must have the ambition to pursue a career in secondary education. 
In this role you will be supporting underachieving students in 1:1 and small group interventions. These interventions will help the student’s attainment levels and bridge the gap between them and their peers. You will be supported by staff throughout your time in this role, helping you create fun and engaging interventions.
