***Long-term contract, September start
***£350 - £400 per week
***Supporting in 1:1 and small group interventions
For this role you will need a psychology related degree, an understanding of the school curriculum and the ability to engage children into their learning. Patience is a must as you will be working closely with children that have SEN needs and requires you to build a strong and healthy working relationship with them. Being clear and well spoken is key to ensure that the children understand the message you’re sending across.
During your time at this role, you will be leading engaging 1:1 and small group interventions that will help the children bridge the gap between them and their peers. These interventions are important as this will allow the children to gain the chance to work on a closer level. Motivating the children during these interventions is key as these will be a key part of the children’s learning process.
