To be successful in this role you will need a degree and the passion to help and support early years children. Creating strong and healthy relationships and being able to communicate with the children is vital. The ideal candidate must want to pursue a career in the education sector. 
 
In this role you will be supporting young children in 1:1 and small group interventions, creating new and exciting ways to learn. In this Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant role you must be able to keep the children engaged in their learning and to have the energy to motivate them. You will not need to plan anything; you will be given a lesson plan to work of. This role is key to the children’s learning as this will be their first experience with learning and is vital to their future.
