Working as part of a supportive SEND team, the Teaching Assistant will help students build confidence, access learning, and feel fully included within the school community. Job Role:
• Supporting students with a range of special educational needs across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Helping students to access lessons, stay engaged, and develop independence.
• Working closely with teachers and the SEND team to implement tailored support plans.
• Providing one-to-one or small-group interventions when required.
• Promoting positive relationships and encouraging students to take pride in their progress.
