Teaching Assistant required to work with children who have been excluded from mainstream education on a 1-2-1 and small group basis. This dynamic Alternative Provision is looking for a proactive Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-2-1 and small group basis with children that have a range of SEMH needs. As a Teaching Assistant you will be joining an established pastoral team of Teaching Assistants and support staff who are dedicated to making a difference. In this role you will be providing classroom support, providing 1-2-1 intervention sessions and acting as a positive role model for students. Experience supporting children with additional needs is essential and a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable. This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who has previously worked within Alternative Provisions or residential homes.
