Teaching Assistant – Special Educational Needs
The Education Network is currently working with a fantastic Special Educational Needs School in order to find a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with a range of complex learning needs, including autism, global delay and physical disabilities.

This wonderful, bright and vibrant school is a lovely place to work. The team are welcoming and children love coming to school. You will be working on a 1-2-1 and small group basis with primary aged children of difference abilities. Job role:

  • Supporting children with a range of special educational needs on a 1-2-1 and small group basis
  • Working with a friendly and supportive team of Teaching Assistants
  • Breaking down barriers to education and making learning fun
  • Taking part in whole class activity days and school trips
  • Enjoying access to a range of training courses available for all staff
  • Delivering 1-2-1 sessions focused on cognitive and sensory development
