Science Teacher - Special Educational Needs
Are you a QTS or QTLS Sciecne Teacher looking for a new and different challenge? This vibrant Special Educational Needs school is looking to add a Science Teacher to the team to teach BTEC Combined Science to small classes of students with additional needs. This school primarily supports Key Stage 3 & 4 students with moderate learning needs, including Autism, Anxiety, ADHD and low level SEMH needs.
Staff are friendly and you will receive an abundance of support from the SLT to ensure that you are able to hit the ground running. As a Science Teacher you will enjoy the freedom to think outside of the box and deliver creative and engaging lessons, that stretch and inspire students. A love for all things science is essential for this role as the school are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic teacher to join the team!
- Teaching small classes of students up to BTEC Combined Science
- Providing support in vocational subjects
- Working with the SLT to ensure that school is a safe and nurturing environment for all
- Acting as appositive role model and inspiration for students that have faced academic barriers
