Teaching Assistant required for work on a 1-2-1 basis with a child in a Year 1 class. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has previously worked with Autism or Complex Needs to provide ongoing support for a male Year 1 child with additional needs. This wonderful primary school provides a welcoming and nurturing environment for all children, and is looking to add to its fantastic team of TA’s. Job Role:

  • Providing 1-2-1 support in class
  • Delivering intervention sessions for the child that you work with
  • Helping the child to take full advantage of all the resources on offer
  • Making school a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment
  • Supporting the Class Teacher in differentiating for this pupil
In order to eb considered for this role you must have experience working on a 1-2-1 or group basis with children who have complex learning needs or Autism. This is a fulltime, ongoing position in a 2 form Primary school.
