Behaviour Mentor required to support a Key Stage 4 student who has been excluded from mainstream education. We are looking for a caring, kind and resilient Behaviour Mentor to provide 1-2-1 support for a young person who has faced significant social and academic barriers. As a mentor you will be providing positive intervention and classroom support for this young person on an ongoing basis.

You will be working with an experienced pastoral team who are focused on making school a positive and nurturing place for young people who have previously struggled to engage with education.
- Providing 1-2-1 support and guidance for “at risk” students
- Running positive intervention sessions focused on behaviours
- Providing classroom support to help the young people remain engaged and on track
- Deescalating any potentially challenging or volatile situations
- Working with the behaviour team to facilitate change
