Maths Teacher – SEMH School
Are you a Qualified Mathematics Teacher looking for a new challenge? Have you considered working with small groups of students that have faced academic and social barriers? We are looking for a QTS Maths Teacher to teach classes of no more than 8 students that have been excluded from mainstream education.

This wonderful SEMH school boasts fantastic facilities, a friendly team and a supportive SLT, who are looking to add a dynamic and passionate Maths teacher to the team. Not worked with Social Emotional & Mental Health needs before? Don’t worry, the school is happy to provide plenty of support!
Job Role:

  • Teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 Mathematics to small classes
  • Teaching Maths up to GCSE
  • Taking part in whole school activities, including trips and enrichment days
  • Working with an experienced pastoral team to manage challenging behaviours
  • Acting as a positive role model for students who have faced social barriers
