Drama Teacher – January Start
Qualified Drama Teacher required for an excellent Secondary School in South Birmingham. This role is suitable for an ECT/NQT or a QTS Drama / Performing Arts Teacher. Behaviour is fantastic and the facilities are excellent. You will be joining a supportive and experienced department who have a love for the all things drama!

As a Drama Teacher you will be encouraged to be a part of school productions and extra-curricular Drama Clubs. Students are passionate about their subject and enjoy diving head first into both the practical and written elements of the curriculum. In order to be successful in this role you must have a love for both teaching and Drama, and enjoy being part of a brilliant team.
 
Job role:

  • Teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 Drama
  • Full planning and marking responsibilities
  • Being proactively involved in productions and extra-curricular Drama Clubs
  • Following the schools behaviour and safeguarding procedures
  • Delivering engaging and interactive Drama lessons
  • Helping students to build their confidence
