Teaching Assistant  -  Outstanding Special Needs School
Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant required  to work with small groups of Key Stage 2 children at an Outstanding Special Educational Needs school. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who has prior experience working with Complex Needs and Autism. With amazing facilities, an experienced team and a welcoming environment, this is a great place to work. The School are looking for someone who will join them for the remainder of the academic year.

You will be working closely with an outstanding teacher, supporting a small class of 6 children with a range of complex needs. In addition this you will also be working with a small and experienced team of support staff who love to make a difference.
Job Role:

  • Providing small group and 1-2-1 support for children with a range of needs
  • Running intervention and breakout session
  • Providing behaviour support and pastoral care
  • Making sure that the classroom is a safe, nurturing and fun environment for pupils
