Assistant Site Manager – Schools
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager or Assistant Facilities Manager to support the Facilities Manager at a fantastic school in South Birmingham. This a permanent role for an individual who has experience with general site management including; regular scheduled maintenance, attending to the grounds, fixture fittings and light cleaning duties. This role requires a good knowledge of health and safety and facilities management. You will be joining an experienced site team who are passionate about what they do. School behaviour is fantastic and you will find this a warm and welcoming place to work.
In order to be considered for this role you must:

• Have experience in a school setting as a site manager or caretaker, or have relevant experience on working in a construction, maintenance or site setting
• Have a good understanding of Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Permits to Work and COSHH
• Have experience using Microsoft Office, ( Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Be proficient in using general maintenance equipment, including power tools, lawn mowers etc
• Be a reliable and trustworthy individual who is willing to be a keyholder
