Job Details

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join an established team who support children with Complex Needs. If you are a Teaching Assistant who has previously worked with Autism and Complex Needs this role may be ideal for you. You will be working on a 1-2-1 and small group basis with Key Stage 2/3 children with additional needs. Working closely with an experienced teacher and with plenty of support from a dedicated pastoral team, this role is perfect for a Teaching Assistant or Learning support Assistant who has previously worked with Special Educational Needs.

Job role:

  • Working as a Teaching Assistant on a 1-2-1 basis providing tailored support
  • Making education accessible for children with additional needs
  • Working closely with the class teacher and support staff to make lessons fun and engaging
  • Providing personal care if required
  • Working with Autism and complex needs
