SEND Teaching Assistant – Fulltime – Birmingham

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and experienced team of support staff at this wonderful Special School in Birmingham. If you are kind, caring and creative, we need you!
As a Teaching Assistant you will be working on a 1-2-1 basis with children with additional needs, providing social, academic and pastoral support. - Supporting children with Autism and Complex needs on a 1-2-1 and small group basis
- Taking part in whole school enrichment activities
- Making every day a fantastic experience for the children that you are working with
- Provide positive intervention and de-escalation
- Supporting the Teacher during lessons and working with small groups
