PE Teacher , Boys PE. The Education Network is currently recruiting for a Boys PE teacher for an immediate start at a fantastic Alternative Provision. This role requires a Physical Education Teacher who has experience working with challenging behaviours and breaking down barriers to communication. In this role you will be teaching classes of no more than 7 students of varying ability levels. Good differentiation is essential for this role.

The team at this school are proactive, welcoming and have a great understanding of working with SEMH and challenging behaviours. There will be plenty of support provided if required. You will also receive the support of an experienced Teaching Assistant in each one of your lessons. Role:

  • Teaching PE to small classes of Key Stage 3 & 4 students
  • Supporting the running of extracurricular sports teams/clubs
  • Working with the Teaching Assistants to ensure individual needs are catered for
  • Making lessons fun for students
  • Promoting teamwork and cooperation
