Job Details

Project Administrator required for a fantastic training provider based in Birmingham. We are looking for an individual who has experience working as an administrator within the learning and development or education sector, and who be able to provide excellent customer service, manage customer data, and work effectively as part of a team or independently.

This is a hybrid role allowing for a split between home and office working. You will be joining a fantastic, proactive team who are keen to add an experienced administrator to the team. In order to be successful in this role you will need to be an excellent communicator, have experience supporting children or adults with special educational needs, and be able to plan and manage a learning timetable.
Job role:

  • Coordinating booking of training and tutorials
  • Produce weekly delivery schedules
  • Provide outstanding customer service for customers and trainers
  • Providing administrative support and managing student data
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and courier packages for customers
