Person Specification
In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have a strong academic record, and are able to demonstrate the ability to build rapport with students. The ideal candidate will have a degree of 2:1 or higher and ideally this will be in the field of English, Maths or Science, as there is a strong focus on academic success at this school.
About the role
This role involves providing support to whole classes of Key Stage 3 & 4 students of mixed abilities. You will be working closely with a specific department depending on your subject specialism, providing classroom support and delivering intervention sessions for students who are falling behind. In addition you will be given opportunities to deliver lessons once a week, lead small group activities and lead revision groups.
