Teaching Assistant required to support Key Stage 2 children with additional needs. This specialist school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support small groups of children who no longer attend mainstream education. We are looking for a calm and engaging Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting children with SEMH needs, and who is able to demonstrate resilience, empathy and a passion for supporting children with additional needs. As a Teaching Assistant you will be working on a 1-2-1 or small group basis, providing social, academic and behaviour support in the classroom.
You will be joining a fantastic pastoral team who have an enormous amount of experience within the SEMH sector. As a Teaching Assistant you will enjoy working with a fantastic teacher and at least one other member of the pastoral team in each lesson. - Providing 1-2-1 or small group support throughout Key Stage 2
