For this role you must have a degree and an eagerness and passion to work with and support early years children. You must be able to form strong and healthy relationships with the children and to be able to communicate to the younger children. The ideal candidate must have a passion to progress their career further in the education sector.
In this role you will be supporting young children in 1:1 and small group interventions, creating exciting and fun ways to learn to keep the children engaged. You must be able to lead with energy and buzz to motivate the children to enjoy their learning. This Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant role is key to the children’s future as it will be the very first learning experience they will have and its key to get them excited for their school experience.
This ‘Outstanding’ North Birmingham school has a very supportive and encouraging staff team that will guide and aid with anything you need. The facilities at this school are brilliant and you will be using these as often as possible during your time with the Early Years.
