For this role you will need a degree in MFL, a strong academic background in Modern Foreign Languages and the ability to lead energetic intervention groups. You must have the passion to want to progress your career in education and be willing to listen to new ways of learning. This role will benefit you enormously as it will give you the opportunity to really showcase your natural teaching ability.
In this Graduate MFL Teaching Assistant role you will be supporting underachieving students in 1:1 and small group interventions. This will benefit the students massively as it will give them the chance to have a closer and intimate learning experience, being able to ask questions and get an instant response. This is something that the students may not get in a large classroom environment. You will have the chance to lead groups in KS3 & KS4 throughout the academic year.
This North Birmingham school is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and has the facilities to accommodate you in your day-to-day life. You will be given a lesson plan to work off from the class teacher and will be supported by them throughput your stay at the school.
