Job Title: Cover SupervisorLocation: Bradford, West YorkshireSalary: £100 – £120 per dayContract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temp-to-PermStart Date: September 2025About the Role:Are you passionate about education and confident in managing a classroom? The Education Network are seeking proactive and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support various schools in the Bradford area. This role involves supervising lessons during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and learning continues smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Manage student behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide support and encouragement to students
- Record attendance and report any incidents or concerns
- Leave the classroom tidy and ready for the next lesson
Requirements:- Experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, tutoring)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
