This school is recruiting EARLY, for a Science ECT to join their fantastic Science Department on a permanent basis from September 2024.
 
As a newly qualified Science ECT, you will be responsible for delivering the Science curriculum by planning and preparing work, whilst also being able to differentiate between different levels of ability. You need to motivate pupils by creating enthusiastic and imaginative lesson plans that keep the children engaged.
 
The school is based in Walsall. This makes the school easily accessible from most parts of Birmingham and Wolverhampton via car or public transport.
 
Along with this permanent placement, you will also be offered the opportunity to train through a Team Leader L3 Award. The Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 includes a Diploma level 3 for managers and is suitable for people who perform a role that can support, manage, and develop team members, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources. They can take responsibility for delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships.
 
The award is a nationally recognised qualification validated by Pearson and includes a wide range of study units to select from. Units are chosen to reflect the specific job role of each candidate resulting in a tailor-made qualification to meet individual needs.
