We are currently working in partnership with a large primary school in the Ashington area to recruit a full time support assistant to work in a little learners facility within the primary school.

This is a great opportunity to gain employment in a wonderful and supportive primary school. Initially the role would be a fixed term contract till the summer holidays. There will be good chance that a permanent contract would be offered prior to the end of the fixed term contract depending on performance.
  
To be considered for the role we ask that candidates be qualified up to Level 2 at least in supporting teaching and learning. We can also accept equivalent childcare/education qualifications such as nursery support etc.
  
Prior experience even if just through a college placement is required and all candidates must have or be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS criminal record and backgrounds check.
 
This would be a great opportunity for someone to gain experience in a wonderfully inclusive and warm school environment with the potential for the role to become permanent depending on several factors including performance.
