The Education Network is recruiting for passionate and dedicated SEND Teachers to work on a supply basis in a variety of schools across Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are enthusiastic about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) while enjoying the flexibility of supply work.

The Role: As a Supply SEND Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEND, including autism, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and communication difficulties.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and school leadership to ensure pupils receive the best possible education and care.
• Quickly adapt to new settings and demonstrate flexibility and professionalism.

About You: We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience working with pupils with SEND.
• Has a strong understanding of inclusive teaching and learning strategies.
• Is flexible, confident, and able to manage a variety of classroom environments.
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to teaching.
• Is committed to supporting every learner to achieve their potential.
