Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Leeds. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and progress
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
- Building strong professional relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
About You We are looking for Early Career Teachers who are:
- Qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or due to qualify soon
- Passionate about teaching and making a positive difference to pupils’ learning
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to develop their teaching practice
- Confident in classroom management and adapting to new environments
- Committed to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice
